COVID-19 UPDATE

HI-TECH is taking every precaution to ensure safety for our customers, team and community as we continue to service our customers during the Maryland State of Emergency. We and our manufacturing partners recognize the importance of supporting mission essential services providers such as hospitals, healthcare facilities, police, fire departments other first responders and financial institutions. To support our effort to provide these services, our manufacturing partners have pledged to keep their distribution and national parts centers open with minimum staff while following recent state and local executive orders.

All HI-TECH employees have been instructed to follow to CDC guidelines for hand washing, social distancing, sanitizing equipment and use of disposable gloves. Isopropyl alcohol is being used to sanitize your equipment before and after each service call.

Remote Support and Training are being scheduled to deliver the highest level of support possible.

We will continue to follow best practices, monitor the situation and keep our customers informed of new developments. HI-TECH and our global manufacturing partners are fully committed to your success and safety.
